Full Time Office Manager @ Bond County Transit

Looking for an office manager in a fast paced office environment. Responsibilities include supervision of staff, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, human resources, reporting to the Executive Director, working 40 hour weeks, Monday-Friday. Must be able to multi task, have computer and telephone skills. Experience with Microsoft Office products is a must. Experience with QuickBooks is a definite plus. Must be at least 21 years of age, hold a high school diploma or equivalent. A background check and a negative pre-employment drug test is required.
